How do I book plant and tool hire? 

Booking is easy. You can use our product catalogue to add items to your order and then submit a request to the depot of your choice. You can also always call us, email us or submit an enquiry via our contact form. Our friendly team will make sure you have the right equipment for your project and arrange convenient delivery.
 

Do you offer long-term hire options? 

Yes, we provide both short- and long-term hire options to match your project’s duration. Speak to us for a personalised quote. 
 

Is there a minimum hire period? 

Our minimum hire period is one day. We also offer competitive rates for extended hire periods, get in touch to discuss your requirements. 
 

Do you deliver and collect? 

Yes, we provide next-day delivery and collection services across London and the South East. If your project is based further afield, please contact us and we can discuss arrangements.   
 

Can I setup a Company Credit Account? 

Yes, if your company hires from Eveready often, it can be much more convenient to setup a company credit account. You can apply to open a company credit account with us by downloading and completing the form and supplying the required documentation as outlined on our Downloads page. 
 

Do you cater to individual tradespeople and DIY projects? 

Absolutely! We cater to everyone, from professionals in the construction industry to individual tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts working on weekend projects. No project is too big or small for Eveready Plant and Tool Hire. 

Simply call into your local Eveready branch with Photographic ID (Passport/ Drivers Licence) and an in-date Utility Bill/Bank Statement showing your name and current address. Leave a deposit on a credit/debit card and arrange delivery if not collecting the equipment you require. We can also sort all this over email, if more convenient for you. If you do not have insurance to cover the hire, we can supply this for you at a cost. 
 

Can you advise on my tool and plant hire needs? 

Yes certainly! We have a team of experienced staff that can help you find the right equipment you need for your project. 
 

What should I do if the equipment stops working? 

In the very unlikely event that you should experience any issues with our equipment or plant, then we advise that you contact us immediately. Our team will provide support to resolve the problem or arrange a replacement if necessary. We aim to attend and fix the fault within a couple of hours with a full report to confirm if it is chargeable. 
 

How do I arrange delivery or collection of the equipment? 

We offer flexible delivery and collection options to make your experience as convenient as possible. Simply let us know your requirements when you book, and we’ll arrange a schedule that works for you. Alternatively, you can choose to collect the equipment directly from your local Eveready depot.
